To keep freight costs to a minimum and ensure everyone receives their uniform in ample time, please contact your state rep, or designated group leader. Whilst the uniform supplier has generously filled out late orders to date, this practice cannot continue as it is not economical to manufacture one or two items at a time. If unsure of sizing, please provide the manufacturer with your measurements. ALL ORDERS / PAYMENTS ARE TO BE FORWARDED TO THE MANUFACTURER BY 30 April 2008, OR MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MANUFACTURER ASAP. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
Please contact your nearest State Rep for fitting dates (if applicable), forward your completed order form to your Representative / Group Leader, or if necessary, send your form directly to the supplier. Bulk orders are preferable, as it is impracticable for the supplier to manufacture / distribute countless single orders.
